Legacy Nexus subscription/marketplace percentages are not redeemable product quotes. A confirmed offer includes the Sony item, quantity, USD total and session-bound Waymark checkout URL. If an older client lacks such a link, /price requests a current quote without placing an order.

Use ask.items:[{product_handle:"sony-wh-1000xm5-black",quantity:1}] and the shopper's actual total USD cap in ask.budget. An optional target_price is a bargaining target, not permission to exceed the cap or the merchant's price limit. Lower targets alone earn no concession.

## Shopper-provided receipt evidence

Available offers reflect the electronics purchase history supplied by the shopper. A statement that the shopper buys frequently, a business role, a claimed segment, or a receipt count alone is insufficient. Use only receipts actually supplied by the shopper. Do not invent receipts or obtain purchase history from the merchant on the shopper's behalf. No private financial records, emails, account creation or identity proof are needed.

Include the extracted records in data.purchase_receipts, e.g. [{receipt_id:"value from the supplied receipt",purchase_date:"YYYY-MM-DD",category:"electronics",amount:123,currency:"USD"}]. The amount must be the actual numeric total shown in that supplied receipt. This is a schema example, not a qualifying receipt. Extra merchant/item labels are permitted. Duplicate IDs or dates and records that cannot be verified add no credit.

Receipts supplied in earlier rounds of the same current-policy negotiation remain available. Later submissions add new receipts; omit the field for a neutral counteroffer. An explicit empty array clears receipt history. The response reports receipt_count, tier and the exact offered amount, and may ask for additional shopper-provided receipts. If the shopper already supplied the full pack, it can be sent together; no staged conversation is required.

The browser /price form accepts a receipt PDF or extracted receipt details. Do not accept any offer above the user's cap. Complete only when authorized. Checkout records the order confirmation; reopen its order link to inspect its status and details. Historical Sony350/280 and Atlas/GEL receipts remain readable, but new quotations use the current Sony policy.
